We adopt a tenant-centred approach to our services. Each scheme holds a bi-weekly residents' forum, giving our residents a platform to voice their opinions and contribute to how the scheme is run. This ensures continuous evaluation and improvement of the services we provide. In addition, our registered manager conducts a weekly consultation with each resident to gather feedback on care and support or any housing-related concerns.
We aim to deliver a best-value, high-quality service in partnership with social services and commissioners from all our placing authorities. Our focus is to meet the complex needs of service users through innovative and effective service delivery.

We collaborate with GP practices to promote the well-being of our residents in a dignified and respectful manner. This includes working with district nurses to manage nursing care needs and nurse practitioners to address chronic illnesses, smoking cessation, poor diet, drug and alcohol-related issues, obesity, and incontinence. Each client receives an annual physical health assessment and a monthly malnutrition screening using the Malnutrition Universal Screening Tool (MUST).
We work closely with non-statutory organizations that offer beneficial services to our clients, such as befriender services, advocacy groups, day centers, community support groups, faith-based support services, and LGBTQ+ support networks.
We assist residents with job applications and job searches and provide on-site support for employers and employees, especially for those returning to work or managing employment during a period of illness.
